WMS Business Analyst
Location: London (Hybrid)
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced WMS Business Analyst to support the delivery, optimisation, and enhancement of Warehouse Management System projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on WMS experience, and a background in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements for WMS changes and projects.
Work closely with operations, IT, and vendor teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.
Support system design, configuration, and integration activities.
Create process maps, user stories, and functional documentation.
Coordinate and execute testing (SIT/UAT) and support go-live activities.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across warehouse processes and systems.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within WMS, logistics, or supply chain environments.
Strong knowledge of WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS).
Excellent requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills.
Understanding of system integrations, data flows, and warehouse operations.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
