We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our Contract Logistics team. This is a new business development ("hunter") role. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and bringing in new opportunities within the UK market, while collaborating with the UK CL team and regional stakeholders for pricing and solution development. Essential Job Functions: Proactively generate and qualify new business opportunities in the UK Contract Logistics space. Engage with prospective clients to understand their supply chain needs and present tailored solutions. Collaborate with the UK CL team and regional pricing leads to develop competitive proposals. Promote and sell a comprehensive suite of value-added services including: Storage and warehousing, Picking, packing, and kitting, E-commerce fulfilment, UK final mile delivery, and European distribution solutions Ideal Candidate Profile: 2–4 years of experience in a commercial or business development role within logistics or supply chain. Strong understanding of value-added logistics services beyond basic pallet storage. Proven track record of winning new business and building client relationships. Self-starter with a hunter mentality and a passion for driving growth.
