BIM Information Manager – Belfast (Hybrid) - £50-60k

Ada Meher are working with a Tier One Contractor in Belfast as they recruit for a BIM Information Manager to join them working on information co-ordination and audit for a number of high profile projects. The successful candidate will co-ordinate with stakeholders and Design/MEP teams on the implementation on BIM processes and standards on Building Services projects at the largest and most complex level.

To Be Considered:
* 5+ years of experience in a BIM related role in the AEC sector
* Strong experience on Information & Asset Management (ie COBie/Uniclass/IFC)
* Experience with ISO 19650 and associated protocols/compliance
* Strong experience with CDE (ie Autodesk Construction Cloud)
* Experience with data validation using COBie & IFC data formats
* As this is a client facing role, excellent communication skills are also a must
