The Role – Graduate Cover Supervisor
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
* Supervise classes in the teacher’s absence
* Develop strong behaviour management skills
* Support pupils with their learning and engagement
* Build confidence leading groups of students
* Gain real insight into how schools operate day-to-day
* Strengthen your PGCE or Schools Direct application with practical experience
