Website Manager & Technical Specialist
The purpose of this role is to own and optimise the itas website while leading our SEO, PPC, and HubSpot marketing automation efforts whilst acting as a technical resource for the wider marketing team. You’ll ensure the website is technically strong, visually engaging, and commercially effective—serving as a key digital channel for demand generation and sales enablement.
This role requires a strong understanding of our products, services, and customer needs to ensure all digital campaigns are aligned with business objectives and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage the company website (WordPress), ensuring top-tier performance, UX, SEO optimisation, and accessibility.
* Plan and execute SEO strategies that increase rankings, visibility, and organic traffic aligned with commercial targets.
* Create and manage PPC and paid social campaigns that drive qualified leads and revenue.
* Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, forms, and automation sequences that capture and nurture leads effectively.
* Collaborate with content and product teams to ensure all website messaging reflects product positioning and commercial priorities.
* Monitor and analyse performance metrics (traffic, conversions, cost-per-lead, ROI), using insights to continually improve digital strategies.
* Ensure that all digital touchpoints communicate our value proposition clearly and are aligned with our product and service offerings.
* Identify optimisation opportunities across the user journey that improve lead quality and support the sales pipeline.
* Support the Marketing team with projects and technical initiatives including but not limited to implementing new technologies and use technology to improve the existing processes.
Essential Skills & Knowledge
* Proven experience managing and optimising WordPress websites.
* Demonstrated success in SEO, PPC, and paid media campaign execution.
* Strong understanding of lead capture, nurturing, and CRM integration in HubSpot.
* Ability to translate product features and commercial goals into effective digital messaging and UX.
* Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMRush, Search Console, and HubSpot.
* Commercial mindset with ability to understand and reflect product positioning and buyer journeys in digital activity.
* Technically capable—comfortable working with website CMS, HTML/CSS and Java when needed. Able to pick up new technical skills quickly.
* Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Desirable Skills & Knowledge
* Experience integrating HubSpot with other systems (e.g., CRM, web platforms).
* Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation and A/B testing methodologies.
* Familiarity with performance optimisation techniques for web and landing pages.
* Previous experience in a B2B tech or SaaS company.
* Understanding of Sage product ecosystem or accounting/ERP software (nice to have).
