What you'll be doing
* Leading and motivating a large team to deliver standout service and strong commercial results
* Embedding new store standards following substantial investment
* Building a high-performance culture through coaching, development and clear succession planning
* Owning the P&L, analysing data and identifying opportunities to grow the business
* Working closely with senior leaders to ensure the store becomes a benchmark within the region
