The Role
This is a relationship-led, commercially focused role where you’ll own the new business process from first conversation through to signed contract.
You’ll identify opportunities, nurture prospects, lead pitches, and work closely with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for prospective clients.
The role offers plenty of variety, from networking and outreach to strategic conversations and proposal development, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both the commercial and relationship side of business development.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Building relationships with prospective clients and growing a strong pipeline
* Spotting opportunities through networking, outreach, referrals, and inbound activity
* Leading conversations that uncover client challenges and commercial opportunities
* Managing pitches and proposals from brief through to presentation
* Working closely with creative, strategy, and digital teams to shape compelling solutions
* Negotiating and closing new business opportunities
* Representing the agency at events and across professional networks
* Helping ensure new client relationships get off to a strong start

* Experience in business development within a B2B marketing, creative, or digital agency
* A proven track record of winning new business and hitting targets
* Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
* Confidence managing multiple opportunities and stakeholders at once
* Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
