Overview
We are seeking an experienced receptionist for our Yate office to undertake a full range of reception and administrative duties, whilst ensuring the highest level of customer service. The applicant must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be an accurate typist. The role will be split between reception duties and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
* Perform reception duties and provide administrative support as required.
* Deliver high levels of customer service in person, on the phone, and via email.
Qualifications
* Experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Accurate typing skills.
* Ability to manage a split workload between reception and administrative tasks.
