We are seeking an Administrator to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office based in Ballymena.
Responsibilities
* Manage and organise office operations, procedures, and documentation.
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.).
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents.
Skills and Qualifications
* At least 1 years experience in an administrative or office support role.
* Experience with office management systems, databases, and procedures.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
