The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you'll work on customer sites across the UK, providing swap-out services for retail IT devices. This role involves significant driving, so a clean driving licence is essential. You'll ensure all work meets customer contract commitments and maintain professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities
1. Perform on-site swap-outs and installations of IT equipment.
2. Follow all customer and company procedures, including escalation processes.
3. Manage van stock and ensure accurate documentation.
4. Collect parts from courier depots as required.
5. Support project work and installations when needed.
6. Maintain company vehicle in a legal and roadworthy condition.
