Responsibilities * Contact all warm prospects (no cold calling) via phone, email and social media platforms. * Engage and build rapport with warm prospects with the aim to book them in for a boiler survey. * Liaise with sales representatives (confirming booking dates/times and prospect requirements). * Provide feedback to the marketing manager in regards to frequency and * quality of leads generated. * Following up with prospects post survey and answering any questions the customer have in regards to their new boiler.
