Key Responsibilities
1. Monitor all incoming correspondence and accurately maintain records, including docketing deadlines in the internal database.
2. Perform quality checks on work completed by IP Administrators, particularly relating to new filings.
3. Oversee and manage team tasks daily through internal systems.
4. Promote best practices within the team by leading workflow meetings (both virtual and in-person) and conducting regular check-ins to ensure consistency and compliance with procedures.
5. Liaise regularly with fee earners to monitor task progress and manage deadlines efficiently.
6. Handle a range of formalities, including IDSs, Powers of Attorney, and assignments.
