Key Responsibilities:
Account Management – Tesco & Waitrose
Supporting the CCO to:
* Manage the P&L for Tesco and Waitrose
* Develop and deliver annual Joint Business Plans (JBP)
* Identify and unlock new distribution and promotional opportunities
* Drive revenue, profit, and market share growth
International Distributor Management
Supporting the CCO to:
* Manage and grow relationships with international distributors
* Identify and onboard new partners
* Set sales targets and KPIs
* Support distributors with training and go-to-market strategies
* Monitor performance and ensure brand alignment
Customer & Partner Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with buyers and distributors
- Act as day-to-day point of contact
Commercial Execution
Support CCO with:
- Price and terms negotiations
- Promotional plans
- Analysis of sales and performance data
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance
- Ensure forecasting accuracy
Expertise & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business (preferred)
* 3+ years' of Sales experience in an FMCG brand or international distributor management (preferred)
