The Role
* Providing 1:1 support for pupils with a range of SEN, particularly Autism (ASC)
* Building positive, trusting relationships and using calm, consistent communication strategies
* Supporting pupils with emotional regulation, transitions, and structured routines
* Helping children access learning alongside the class teacher and SENCO
* Creating a safe, engaging, and encouraging environment where every child feels valued
