Responsibilities
* Develop expertise in business systems and processes
* Define governance requirements for new scheme setups
* Prioritize technology improvements based on business impact
* Collaborate on MI improvement roadmaps
* Establish and lead the team, fostering effective connections
* Maintain strong governance with regular reporting and justifications
Requirements
* APMI or EPMI qualification is desirable but not essential
* Proven experience in occupational pension scheme administration and transformation
* Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and pension administration systems
* Self-motivated, independent, and change champion
