You'll work closely with project staff in a collaborative environment, building responsibility, influence, and fast progression opportunities.
The Role Produce take-offs and quotations from drawings and specifications Manage pricing enquiries, variations, and scope clarification Liaise with contractors and internal project teams Prepare handover packs for delivery teams Maintain accurate estimating pipeline and pricing records About You Experience as an Estimator or Construction Estimator / Design Engineer Confident reading construction drawings Strong organisation and attention to detail Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced office Why This Role Autonomous Estimator position with real ownership Fast progression opportunities as the office grows Global company backing with expanding regional presence Hybrid working after probation Supportive, collaborative working culture Benefits 33 holidays a year (pro-rata), inclusive of Bank Holidays which increases with service.
