Rowlands Pharmacy is seeking a talented and experienced pharmacist to join our team in the Y Maes branch. This branch is staffed with an experienced team including a Non-Pharm Manager and five Healthcare Partners, all providing excellent service to the local community. It is located in a beautiful area close to the coast and Snowdonia National Park. Currently dispensing around 5,000 items per month, this is a relatively quiet branch. The branch also utilizes our Medipac robotic distribution technology, which frees up your time to focus on patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
* Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently, ensuring legal and ethical compliance
* Provide medication counselling and support to patients
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
* Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe medication management
* Maintain accurate patient records and manage inventory
* Provide immunization services (if applicable)
* Offer advice on over-the-counter medications and healthcare products
* Participate in health promotion and public health initiatives
Requirements:
* Registered Pharmacist with the GPhC
* Strong commitment to patient care and safety
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare trends
* A flexible and positive approach to problem-solving
