Brabner Fox is partnering with a fast-growing boutique consultancy specialising in delivering high-impact transformation and planning solutions to financial services clients, looking for an experienced Anaplan Model Builder to join an elite team and help shape the future of connected planning for clients.
The successful applicant will be hands-on in designing, building, and optimising Anaplan models that solve complex planning challenges across Finance, Risk, and Operations. Working closely with client stakeholders and internal consultants to deliver models that drive business value.
We are looking for a creative, self-starting, flexible operator to slot into and re-enforce a strong culture of trust and autonomy and seize opportunities for growth into Solution Architecture or Delivery Leadership over time.
This role is mostly remote operating across a modern and well-connected environment.
Key Responsibilities and Involvements
* Lead or support end-to-end Anaplan model builds, from requirements gathering to deployment
* Translate business processes into scalable, maintainable Anaplan architecture
* Collaborate with clients, finance teams, and project leads to ensure alignment
* Build intuitive dashboards and UX for end users
* Champion Anaplan best practices, data governance, and model performance
* Support training, UAT, and post-go-live optimisation
* Contribute to internal IP, accelerators, and pre-sales where needed
Key Skills, Experiences and Attitudes
* 3 Years experience as an Anaplan Model Builder
* Accounting Qualification
* FP&A, change leadership, cost allocations specialist knowledge in financial services desirable
* Strong understanding of Anaplan syntax, modules, lists, and data integrations
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Ability to work independently in fast-paced, client-facing environments
* Bonus: experience with other EPM tools (e.g., Hyperion, TM1), SQL, or Python
