Location: National Travel (Head Office: Dudley)
Salary: £50,000 + Car + Bonus + Company Benefits
Our client is a leading principal contractor specialising in retail fit-outs across the UK. They partner with major brands, delivering high‑quality projects in fast‑paced environments, and due to continued growth they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team.
The Role
As a Site Manager, you will oversee retail fit‑out projects across the country, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. The role involves close coordination with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. You must be comfortable working away for extended periods while projects are live.
Requirements
* Retail fit‑out experience (essential)
* SMSTS, First Aid, IPAF, PUWER & Fire Marshal certifications
* Full UK driving licence
* Willingness to travel and work away from home
* Strong ability to manage fast‑paced environments and tight deadlines
