This is a hands-on position where you'll gain valuable engineering experience while developing technical knowledge within a highly regulated and safety-focused environment. Responsibilities include: Supporting qualified engineers with maintenance and installations Assisting with inspections and safety checks Following health & safety procedures and company processes Maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas Completing documentation and job records accurately Supporting day-to-day operational activities across the site Developing technical knowledge through structured training ESSENTIAL SKILLS Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Excellent awareness of health & safety procedures Reliable and adaptable approach to work Strong teamwork and communication skills Comfortable working within a hands-on engineering environment Ability to follow structured processes and procedures Full UK driving licence Previous experience within engineering, mechanical maintenance, logistics, operations, facilities management, utilities, or military environments would be beneficial.
