Your new role As the Finance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial backbone of the business. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you'll lead a high-performing team and oversee core financial operations across payroll, accounts payable, reconciliations, and strategic processes like debt sales and audits. This is a senior, high-impact role with visibility across the business and a mandate to drive efficiency, control, and insight. Lead and optimise financial operations in a fast-paced, scaling FinTech Own the month-end close and deliver commercial insight to senior leadership.
