We're seeking caring, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our growing team of Community Care Workers. Whether you're already experienced in care or looking for a new career path, we'll support you with paid training, induction, and mentorship to help you succeed.

What We Offer

* £13.10 per hour weekdays
* £14.00 per hour weekends
* Block pay for all hours worked from your first visit to your last (minus a one-hour unpaid break)

Your Role

As a Community Care Worker, you will:

* Provide personalised support in people's homes
* Help with personal care, meal preparation, medication, and mobility support
* Encourage independence and provide emotional reassurance
* Follow safeguarding policies and report any concerns promptly
* Collaborate with colleagues, families, and professionals to deliver outstanding care

Who We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you are:

* Caring, reliable, and motivated to improve people's lives
* A strong communicator who can work independently and as part of a team
* A driver with a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Able to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
* Either experienced in care or brand new to the sector – full training is provided

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £13.10-£14.00 per hour
