Role: Maintenance Team Leader / Maintenance Supervisor
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum, plus Benefits and career growth opportunities
Hours: Days – Monday to Friday (8am - 4pm)
Location: Commutable from Fareham, Southampton, Cosham, Havant, Waterlooville and surrounding areas
We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Team Leader / Maintenance Supervisor to work within a fast-paced factory environment. This is hands on role, with a rough split of 60% hands on and 40% management. Your role is to support, complete and coordinate all maintenance activities in the factory including repairs are completed quickly and efficiently, proactive maintenance is being carried out, and various projects.

The Role
Hands on and complete various maintenance tasks including breakdown repairs and PPM's.
Motivate and lead a small team of Maintenance Engineers.
Coordinate and champion the Planned Preventive Maintenance system.
Coordinate various projects and contractors, as and when required.
Help support continuous improvements in the factory.
Take an active role in reporting on maintenance.
Requirements
Experienced Maintenance Engineer who has leadership / supervisory experience - you could be working as a Maintenance Supervisor OR Maintenance Team Leader
Qualified in 'either' mechanical or electrical engineering or similar
Mechanical OR Electrical OR Multi Skilled - hiring manager is open to any bias
Experienced in completing repairs and general factory maintenance to machinery and/or equipment
Ideally have SOME experience of motors, bearings, chains, gearboxes, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, sensors, relays, control panels.
Holding passion, drive and love for Engineering.
