Location: Greenford (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 + Up to £2,000 Yearly Bonus

If so, this could be your perfect next step! A fantastic manufacturing business is looking for a confident, people-focused individual to join their team as a Junior Customer Order Executive. You’ll play a vital part in supporting a group of Account Managers, acting as the first point of contact for a range of customer orders and queries.
You’ll be joining a lovely, family-run company that really values its team, with great benefits including hybrid working (after probation), free parking, and 22 days’ holiday (rising with service).
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Managing and processing incoming customer orders
• Responding to product enquiries and advising on availability
• Quoting prices, stock levels and delivery times
• Raising invoices and managing order notifications
• Helping with sample requests and artwork advice
• Liaising with internal teams (warehouse, sales, despatch) to keep everything on track
• Handling any delivery or order issues calmly and professionally
• Carrying out general admin tasks to support the wider team
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident, professional telephone manner
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Some experience in office admin or customer service (office-based preferred but not essential)
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
