Responsibilities
:
1. Support execution of M&A and capital markets transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and recapitalisation.
2. Assist in structuring and raising debt and equity for real estate platforms and operating businesses.
3. Build detailed financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, capital structure).
4. Prepare client presentations, investment memoranda, and marketing materials.
5. Conduct market research, asset-level due diligence, and investor/lender outreach.
6. Track real estate capital markets activity and maintain investor and lender databases.
Candidate Profile:
7. 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, real estate private equity, or debt advisory.
8. Strong financial modelling and analytical skills; advanced Excel proficiency required.
9. Solid understanding of real estate fundamentals and capital structures.
10. Excellentmunication and presentation skills.
11. Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams.
12. Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
