Key Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Measure and inspect garments & product for quality defects
2. Using AQL level and systems to create order reports
3. Comparing seal samples with PLM system information
4. Reporting, recording and analysing results on a weekly/monthly basis
5. Liaising and communicating issues with internal/ external departments daily
6. Arranging rectification and re-processing as required
7. Planning workloads based on daily intake
8. Organising Gold Seal samples and reports for next week /day’s orders
9. Review returns & factory AQL reports against stock intakes
10. Move and locate bulk warehouse stock for inspection using WMS systems
11. Maintain spreadsheets using Excel, create graphs and charts for reporting.
12. Ad-hoc reports and analysis for the team as required
13. Off-site product checks at store and third party
14. Requires periods of standing, moving cartons’ and working in an environment with a variety of fabrics and fibres
Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed:
15. Good organisational and communication skills
16. A keen eye for detail & fault finding
17. Computer literate
18. Numerical and analytical
19. Ability to work under pressure

21. Full driving licence required, some travel to head office, external companies and stores
22. Pattern cutting / design an advantage but not essential
23. Flat / overlock machinist an advantage but not essential
24. Previous QC/ QA or retail experience an advantage but not essential
25. Knowledge of WMS would be an advantage however not essential
