No chaos. Just a structured, PPM-driven environment where you can actually lead, improve, and make an impact.The Role:You'll lead from the front - supporting a small engineering team while staying close to the kit across mixing, batching & filling production lines.What you'll be doing: Leading and supporting a team of multi-skilled engineersDriving a proactive maintenance culture (not reactive)Acting as the go-to technical expert (electrical & mechanical)Working with Siemens PLCs (fault finding level)Delivering and driving continuous improvement (CI)Championing health & safety and engineering standardsWhat we're looking for: Current Team Leader / Supervisor OR a strong engineer ready to step upFMCG or similar process backgroundExperience with pipework, mixing or filling systemsStrong electrical skills + PLC exposureSomeone who can lead, influence and improve - not just maintainWhat's in it for you?
