Our Sales Associates help our customers Celebrate Life & Express Love! As a committed and dedicated member of the team, you’ll play a key role in helping the store to maintain performance and meet sales targets. You will develop outstanding product knowledge and real jewellery expertise that you can share with our customers.

* Assist customers with product selection and respond to every type of enquiry.
* Maintain high sales performance and meet store sales targets.
* Represent H. Samuel’s brand, culture and customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Qualifications
* Passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable customer experiences.
* Interest in jewellery products and brands; jewellery experience is not required.
* A positive, "can‑do" attitude and natural ability to strike up a conversation with a diverse range of customers.
* Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
