An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Hive EPR (Electronic Patient Record) team powered by Epic as an Analyst in the Administrative Workstream.
The Administrative workstream is responsible for patient movement, appointments, waiting lists, pathways, patient communication, and medical records within the EPR.
The role
As a Hive EPR Analyst - Admin Service, you will design and configure the EPR, adapting the application to our working practices and standards. Your work will be a vital link between the new technology and our services, ensuring a successful transition to Hive.
You will work closely with staff to analyze processes, agree on clinical and operational standards, and develop future workflows to be incorporated into Epic, the software that runs Hive. To ensure our systems meet operational and auditing requirements, you will collaborate with our Business Intelligence & Data Assurance teams.
As a central team member, you will lead engagement with clinicians and staff related to the application. Opportunities also exist to work with other EPR application teams across testing, security, user support, and medical device integration. During your EPR training, you will receive recognized qualifications in the application.
