The Commercial Accountant provides financial insight, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making across the business. This role combines traditional accounting responsibilities with strong commercial acumen, partnering with operational and commercial teams to drive profitability, improve performance, and support strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities include: Financial Analysis & Business Support Management Reporting Budgeting & Forecasting Cost & Margin Management Financial Control & Compliance Business Improvement About you! Essential Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide clear insights. Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability. Experience with ERP or financial systems (e.g., SAGE Intacct, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Strong communication skills and the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders. Preferred Professional certification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or working toward it. Experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or management accounting. Industry experience in FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or service-based sectors (optional).
