Job Description:
This role involves overseeing the repair and maintenance of clean water networks. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising a team to ensure efficient execution of tasks, meeting safety standards, and resolving issues promptly.
The successful applicant will provide guidance to operatives, monitor performance, and maintain productivity levels in line with contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise operational repair and maintenance activities
* Maintain high-quality work and cost control
* Provide coaching and leadership to team members
* Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies
* Liaise with clients, customers, and authorities as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
* Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
* Good time management and organizational skills
* Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
* Certifications in areas such as Streetworks and National Water Hygiene Card (Blue Card)
