The Role
* Manage daily site operations for fit-out and refurbishment projects
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and tradespeople
* Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, including inductions and toolbox talks
* Monitor timelines, proactively addressing issues or delays
* Liaise with project managers, designers, architects, and clients
* Maintain site documentation including progress reports and safety records
* Oversee quality control to ensure high standards are achieved
* Order and manage materials efficiently
* Provide updates at site meetings and ensure tidy, secure work sites
The Person
* Proven experience as a Site Manager / Foreman (Fit-Out)
* Strong eye for detail with the ability to interpret technical drawings
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills
* Health & Safety focused with IT literacy
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel weekly across NI, UK, and ROI
