At HFH Healthcare we meet the growing need for complex care by providing specialist nurse-led services to adults & children in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes, working in partnership with NHS Continuing Healthcare teams, our enhanced level of specialist clinical support, enables people to remain at home even when the level of healthcare required is highly complex. We deliver care 24-hour a day, 365 days a year. Client Overview: The client is a 26-year-old man who is non-verbal and has quadriplegic cerebral palsy with dystonic movements. He lives at home with his close family and two pet dogs, with all clinical needs effectively managed in the home environment. He requires support from a tracheostomy-ventilator–experienced carer to ensure his safety and wellbeing at all times. Location: Hounslow Shift Pattern: Day shifts 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and night shifts from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. What HFH offers: Where possible we will offer you work to meet your availability and as a guide, the average carer works three shifts (36hrs) per week for us and earns £500 - 555 p/wk*. The regular working patterns that our clients require mean this three day a week work pattern equates to an average annual income of between £26,200 - £28,950*.
