Join one of the fastest growing independent fire and security companies in the UK, and be part of a dynamic team thats reshaping the industry.We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our service and maintenance contracts, targeting FM companies and end-users across key vertical markets. What You’ll Be Doing: * Proactively develop new business opportunities within the fire and security sector * Build long-term relationships with Facilities Management companies and direct end-users * Conduct site surveys to assess customer needs and prepare tailored proposals * Manage and respond to incoming sales enquiries * Prepare and deliver quotes, tenders, and presentations * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handover and customer satisfaction * Work consultatively to provide solutions that meet client safety and compliance goals What We’re Looking For: * Proven track record in B2B sales, specifically within fire and security service & maintenance * Strong network or experience dealing with FM providers and/or end-users * A driven, self-motivated approach with a consultative sales style * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Full UK driving licence is essential What’s On Offer: * Basic salary up to £42,000 (dependent on experience) * Uncapped commission structure – earn based on your success * Company car, laptop, phone, and expenses * Ongoing training and professional development * A supportive team environment with room for progression * Company benefits including pension, holiday allowance, and more
