We are looking for candidates with the following experience and skills …
1. 5+ years’ experience as a PMO Analyst within complex programmes or portfolios
2. Strong experience managing RAID logs and facilitating risk & issue processes
3. Experience supporting governance, reporting, and planning in a PMO environment
4. People Management experience
5. Data analysis skills
6. Experience working with PPM and reporting tools ( MS Project, Jira, Confluence)
7. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
8. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
9. Certifications in relevant disciplines ( P3O, APM, PMI, PRINCE2)
Although not essential, the following would help candidates stand out …
10. Experience working across both traditional (PRINCE2) and Agile/Lean delivery environments, supporting hybrid delivery models
11. Experience working in utilities, infrastructure, engineering, or other regulated environments
12. Previous line management experience in a PMO environment
