Samuel Frank is recruiting a Technical Project Manager to join a small but well-established industrial automation consultancy located on the south side of Manchester.
The successful Technical Project Manager will take responsibility for running the businesss day-to-day operations, including the engineering team, and will be someone who thrives on autonomy and accountability in a small, high-performing business environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Technical Project Manager;
Develop and deliver operational strategies aligned with the companys growth objectives
Lead, motivate, and grow a team of client-facing engineers and consultants
As Technical Project Manager, drive digital transformation and process optimisation across all functions
Promote a high-performance culture, supporting talent development and succession planning
Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial approvals
Drive a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners
Oversee compliance, risk management, quality, and safety standards
The company operates across multiple sectors, and the Technical Project Manager will play a key role in delivering automation and control solutions within the chemical, power generation and food & beverage industries.

37.5-hour working week
25 days holiday plus 8% employer pension contribution (no employee contribution required)
The office is commutable from most areas of the North West, especially given the hybrid working model.
