Element Recruitment is working with a successful business in Avonmouth to recruit a Temporary Admissions Coordinator. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a well-organised team, supporting the check-in of vehicles arriving on site.
Temporary role – 2 weeks initially (likely to extend)
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
£12.21 per hour
Site-based in Avonmouth | Free on-site parking
Start date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet delivery drivers and manage incoming vehicle arrivals
* Complete visual checks and accurately log details using a tablet
* Record and report any damage or discrepancies
* Keep internal systems updated and support the logistics team
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth intake process
Requirements:
* Full Driving Licence with a car
* Previous experience in a hands-on or operational role is helpful, but not essential
* Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet throughout the day
* Strong attention to detail and able to follow structured processes
* Confident using basic technology (tablet/iPad – training provided)
* Reliable, punctual, and available to start immediately
