This is a key role within a modern, strategic supply chain team that's redefining how supplier partnerships support large-scale engineering projects.
The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you'll manage and develop global supplier relationships across manufacturing and engineering. You'll focus on integration, performance, and partnership-not transactional buying.
Using data and insight, you'll drive continuous improvement and ensure suppliers are fully aligned to project needs, supporting major national infrastructure delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as strategic partner to key global suppliers
* Lead supplier performance, engagement, and risk management
* Use data (e.g. Power BI) to measure and improve relationships
* Support project delivery through effective forecasting and collaboration
* Influence senior stakeholders and ensure business alignment
About You:
* Proven experience in supply chain management within engineering, manufacturing, or infrastructure
* Strategic thinker with strong stakeholder and data skills
* Confident making independent decisions and driving results
* Fluent in supply chain / CIPS principles
* Willing to travel 2-3 days per week for supplier and site engagement
