Overall Purpose of the Role We offer payroll as a service from hire through to retire. Your role will be to work collectively as part of a wider team of payroll professionals, supporting the ongoing delivery of our clients weekly and monthly payrolls, by inputting payroll data and updating payroll records, working to weekly and monthly deadlines. Your attention to accuracy and detail, whilst carrying out your role, will work towards ensuring all employees on our payrolls, are paid accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities: To gain and maintain an in-depth knowledge of contractual policies and statutory payment regulations, ensuring adherence to both. To utilise your excellent level of literacy and numeracy skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. To create/update and maintain employee payroll records, in accordance with inbound client instruction. Call handling on a rota basis. To address employee payroll queries via both email and telephone. What we are looking for: Qualifications/Professional Training Essential: Numerate and literate / Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) Skills and Experience Essential: Computer literate Attention to detail / accuracy Desirable: Payroll experience and/or Administration experience.
