Do you want to take on responsibility and fulfil customer wishes? As a Supervisor at SIXT, you'll be responsible for supporting the Senior Branch Manager with the overall running of our branch based at Glasgow Airport. This includes the coaching & development of our sales team, leading by example and serving our customers on a daily basis and ensuring you and your team provide all of our customers with the best level of premium service out there.

Your Role
* Assist the Senior Branch Manager to help drive performance of Rental Sales Agents targets and work with the Fleet Service Agents.
* Working towards the branch and your own personal targets.
* Serving our customers on a daily basis, and offering a premium level customer service.
* Understand how to hold regular meetings with the individuals to discuss strengths, weakness and opportunities in the Senior Branch Managers absence.
* To support with the day to day operations of the team of Rental Sales Agents and Fleet Service agents, from assisting with creating ROTA’s to daily counter coaching’s.
* Understand the branches vehicle to utilise the fleet
* Completing transactions for vehicle rental on the front office desks seamlessly.
* Managing customer queries and concerns regarding vehicle rental.
* Selling SIXT’s full product range, offering exciting opportunities for incremental sales tailored to the customer’s needs.
* Selling upgrades where available to ensure that our customers get the chance to experience our premium fleet of vehicles.
* Maximising 'walk up' business and trying wherever possible to match a customer to an available car.
* Support with the day to day within the branch, ensuring effective process of all types of car rental transactions
* Reconciling and accounting for money paid and received.
* Opening and closing the branches to ensure that our customers can rent at our advertised time. This sometimes requires employees to stay on after the opening times of the branch to serve a late running customer.
* Building and maintaining a premium relationship with stakeholders
* Being flexible and taking on other tasks in the branches, such as car cleaning, driving, damage checking and refuelling duties as and when the business requires.
* Working in other nearby locations, where reasonable, to support the wider business
Qualifications
* Minimum 2+ years in a customer facing sales environment would be preferred
* Minimum 1+ years supervisor responsibilities or relevant experience would be preferred
