We are currently partnered with a scaling InsurTech that's redefining how insurance products are built and delivered through modern, data-driven technology.
They're looking for a Senior Python Developer to join their London engineering team, playing a key role in building scalable backend services and influencing technical direction as the platform continues to grow.
The Role
You'll work alongside Engineers, Product and Data to ship impactful features, integrate key data pipelines and keep services fast, reliable and observable.
This is a hands-on role for someone who writes clean, scalable code and wants a real say in architecture. You'll also mentor others and help raise the technical bar as the team grows.
Requirements
* 4+ years' commercial Python experience
* Strong experience designing and building RESTful APIs
* Solid understanding of CI/CD best practices
* Experience working with Docker and containerised environments
* Mentoring or technical leadership experience
* Exposure to Databricks (desirable, not essential)
