Job Description
3. Define and deliver a long‑term real estate strategy aligned with organisational goals
4. Translate complex data into clear, board level insights, influence senior decision making, and lead teams through significant projects
5. Lead an estates management team and trusted external partners to deliver compliant, cost effective outcomes
6. Oversee acquisitions, disposals, leases, and due diligence
7. Drive innovation and best practice across estates operations
8. Partner with HR and senior leadership to align space planning with workforce trends
9. Ensure legal and landlord compliance in major projects
10. Manage budgets, mitigate risk, and uphold statutory obligations
The Successful Applicant
The successful Corporate Head of Real Estate should have:
11. MRICS or FRICS qualified, with substantial estates leadership experience
12. Strategic thinker with a proven track record in estates optimisation and stakeholder engagement
13. Strong financial and commercial acumen, with expertise in acquisitions, disposals, and property law
14. Exceptional communication skills, able to present complex matters with clarity
15. Skilled in workforce planning and data‑led decision making
16. Highly organised, resilient, and delivery focused
17. Flexible to travel across the UK as required
