What you'll do
* Manage and deliver the full payroll process across multiple business entities with accuracy and confidentiality.
* Serve as the primary contact for all payroll-related queries, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
* Maintain full compliance with payroll legislation, including statutory payments, RTI, Auto Enrolment, and tax requirements.
* Provide clear guidance and support to employees and management on payroll and benefits matters.
* Collaborate with finance colleagues on month-end reporting and continuous process improvement initiatives.
About you
* At least 4 years payroll experience
* Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
* Ability to work on your own initiative and lead a team
* Advanced Excel Skills
