My client are seeking a creative and technically skilled E-Learning for a 2-3 Month to create SCORM files for a learning management system that will replace face to face training. This home is home based with occasional travel to Client site in Warwickshire:
Key Responsibilities
* Work with Stakeholders to understand Functional requirements for the Learning Management system.
* Collaborate with Stakeholders to understand learning objectives and translate them into engaging content.
* Use multimedia elements (graphics, audio, video, animations) to enhance learner engagement.
* Test and troubleshoot eLearning content for usability and technical accuracy across platforms (LMS, mobile, desktop).
* Maintain and update existing eLearning courses as needed.
* Ensure courses meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1) and work across various browsers and devices.
* Upload and manage content in Learning Management Systems.
Skills Required:
* Proven experience developing eLearning content and digital training materials.
* Experience with SCORM 1.2 format
* Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools
* Solid understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
* Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI and LMS integration.
* Basic graphic design and multimedia editing skills.
* Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience working with FCA and SRA regulations
