About the Role We are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established law firm based in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, client-focused conveyancing professional to take on a varied caseload within a supportive and collaborative team, the role will have support and is office based. Key Responsibilities Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, new builds and shared ownership transactions Providing exceptional client care and maintaining regular communication with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors Ensuring all work is compliant with regulatory and legislative requirements Contributing to the efficiency and success of the conveyancing team
