In this role, you will play an essential part in keeping our people across the globe informed, engaged, and connected with the company's strategic goals and culture. From shaping communication campaigns to driving employee engagement initiatives, you will help ensure our teams feel aligned and inspired.You will be responsible for creating messaging for company-wide announcements, leadership updates, and key business milestones, including earnings results, organisational changes, and strategic initiatives. You will partner closely with executives across the business, HR, and C-Suite leaders to make sure our people feel informed, inspired, and aligned across countries and regions.The ideal candidate brings proven expertise in corporate communications within a complex, fast-paced environment, exceptional writing skills, and the ability to translate strategy into compelling storytelling.
