Who You Are A driven and knowledgeable individual with a deep understanding of managing Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) and Domestic Abuse cases. You hold relevant qualifications or are currently working towards them, with substantial knowledge of the legal landscape related to ASB and Domestic Abuse. Adaptable under pressure, you strive to provide innovative solutions, helping vulnerable tenants sustain their tenancies. You are also comfortable working collaboratively across diverse agencies and have a strong background in engaging with hard-to-reach groups. What the job involves As a Senior Housing Management Officer, you will manage complex ASB and Domestic Abuse caseloads, collaborate with internal and external agencies, and undertake risk assessments to ensure the safety and support of victims. Your duties will include drafting reports, presenting cases in court, and engaging in multi-agency partnerships to address tenant issues. You'll support service planning and development initiatives, deliver training on domestic abuse and ASB, and inspire change to improve tenant support pathways. Additionally, you’ll act as a representative in community engagement efforts, contributing to the reduction of risk and protection of council and resident interests.
