We are looking for a Scheduling and Planning Coordinator to join our client’s dynamic and fast-paced Operations Team, on a Temp to Perm Basis. What You’ll Be Doing: * Coordinating the daily and weekly schedules of field-based teams and contractors * Planning and allocating resources to meet project deadlines and service levels * Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to confirm appointments and job updates * Monitoring ongoing works and adjusting schedules in real time to manage priorities and issues * Handling and completing all related administrative tasks to a high standard * Dealing with telephone and email queries from clients, contractors, and colleagues across the business What We’re Looking For: * At least 2 years’ experience in a scheduling, planning, or coordination role * Strong organisational and time management skills * Excellent communication and customer service abilities * A proactive and solutions-focused attitude * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Comfortable working with scheduling software and Microsoft Office tools Benefits on Offer * Benefits available upon request Reference No. TSPCL Disclaimer Due to the large number of applications we receive, we may not be able to respond to every applicant.
