What you’ll be doing:
* Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle – BD, account growth, and candidate delivery, and potential small teams (depending on level)
* Building strong, consultative relationships with clients and candidates
* Working closely with global colleagues to leverage an international network
* Recruiting for permanent roles - some freelance may als be available.
* Becoming a specialist in your chosen market
Who we’re looking for:
* Minimum 2 years of 360 recruitment experience upwards – in a sector that aligns with Marketing, Digital, Creative
* A strong track record in billings
* A consultative, strategic mindset with strong relationship-building skills
* Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
