Senior Appian Developer

Location: Hybrid (2 days onsite in Bristol or Leicester, 3 days remote)

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop new business workflow applications using Appian
* Improve and maintain existing internal tools
* Translate business requirements into technical designs using BPMN/UML
What They're Looking For:
* Strong hands-on experience in Appian development
* Exposure to SDLC, agile, waterfall, or iterative methodologies
* Experience in business process modeling (BPMN/UML)
Additional Info:
* Must be a sole UK national (due to security clearance requirements)
* Ability to obtain and maintain SC-level clearance is essential
